Shipping Policy

Elaree currently delivers orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all domestic orders.

Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. Please ensure that your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery Areas
We deliver within Pakistan through our courier partners. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
